Ingredients

1 packet dry onion soup mix

½ cup honey

¼ cup spicy brown mustard

16 chicken wings, separated

Seasoned salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly coat a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry onion soup mix, honey, and spicy brown mustard.
  4. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  5. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Lightly sprinkle the wings with seasoned salt.
  8. Bake for approximately 1 hour, turning once halfway through cooking if desired.
  9. If the wings begin browning too quickly, loosely cover the pan with aluminum foil during the final portion of baking.
  10. Continue baking until the wings are caramelized and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  11. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
