3 pounds chicken wings, separated
1 bottle spicy barbecue sauce
1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic flakes, minced
1 teaspoon onion flakes, minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons jalapeño sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions
- Separate the chicken wings into flats and drumettes and remove the tips.
- Place the wings into a slow cooker.
- Add the barbecue sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic flakes, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño sauce, Tabasco sauce, and Cajun seasoning.
- Stir until all wings are thoroughly coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 4 hours.
- Stir once or twice during cooking if desired.
- Continue cooking until the wings are tender and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer the wings to a serving platter.
- Spoon additional sauce over the top before serving.

For crispier wings:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Arrange the cooked wings on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Broil for 2 to 4 minutes per side until lightly caramelized.
