Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

½ cup lemonade

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

12 chicken wings, separated


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Separate the chicken wings into flats and drumettes and remove the tips.
  3. Place the wings in a shallow baking dish or baking pan.

Prepare the Rosemary Glaze

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped shallots and rosemary.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemonade, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Reduce the heat to low.
  6. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until the mixture becomes slightly reduced and syrupy.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Bake the Wings

  1. Pour the rosemary glaze over the wings.
  2. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Continue baking until the skin is golden brown and the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
