Wings
3 to 4 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes, tips removed

Instructions
Prepare the Wings
- Separate the chicken wings into flats and drumettes and remove the tips.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat completely dry with paper towels.
- Lightly season the wings with seasoned salt.
- Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the wings in batches for approximately 10 minutes.
- Cook until golden brown, crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer to paper towels and drain thoroughly.
Prepare the Atomic Sauce
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in the hot pepper sauce, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until completely blended and heated through.
- Remove from heat.
Finish the Wings
- Dip each fried wing into the sauce.
- Arrange the coated wings in a casserole dish.
- Pour any remaining sauce over the wings.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
