These Parmesan Chicken Wings are coated in a rich blend of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and butter before being baked until golden and crispy. The savory cheese crust creates a delicious alternative to traditional sauced wings while delivering incredible flavor and crunch.

Ingredients

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh oregano or marjoram, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 pounds chicken wings, separated

½ cup butter, melted


Instructions

  7. Roll the butter-coated wings in the Parmesan mixture until thoroughly coated.
  8. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  10. Turn the wings over once they become lightly browned.
  11. Continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  12. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
