Ingredients

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 4 ounces)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ cup butter, melted

1 pound chicken wings, separated


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large paper bag or resealable bag, combine the Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Shake gently to mix the Ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Separate the chicken wings into flats and drumettes and remove the tips.
  3. Dip each wing piece into the melted butter.
  4. Transfer the butter-coated wings to the bag containing the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Shake until all pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
  8. Continue baking until golden brown, crisp, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
