Ingredients

40 chicken drumettes

¾ cup soy sauce

⅔ cup honey

4 teaspoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons dry mustard


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken drumettes into a large resealable plastic bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, and dry mustard until smooth.
  3. Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken.
  4. Seal the bag securely and shake until all drumettes are thoroughly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  8. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lightly coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Remove the drumettes from the marinade and arrange them in a single layer on the rack.
  10. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  11. Continue baking until the drumettes are golden brown, crisp, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  12. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
