3 pounds chicken wings, separated

3 packets taco seasoning mix

1½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Separate the chicken wings into flats and drumettes and remove the tips.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the taco seasoning mix and flour.

  8. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
  9. Transfer to a serving platter.
  10. Serve hot with celery stalks and blue cheese dressing.
