  7. Fry the wings in batches, avoiding overcrowding.
  8. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
  10. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
