CRISPY HONEY WINGS

These Crispy Honey Wings are grilled to perfection and repeatedly brushed with a sweet honey glaze infused with Worcestershire sauce and ginger. The result is a beautifully caramelized wing with a slightly smoky flavor, crisp edges, and irresistible sweetness.

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings, separated

¾ cup honey

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon ground ginger


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Worcestershire sauce, and ground ginger until smooth.
  3. Reserve approximately one-third of the glaze for serving if desired.
  4. Arrange the chicken wings on the grill 4 to 6 inches above the heat source.
  5. Grill for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn the wings over and generously brush with the honey glaze.
  7. Continue grilling for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Brush the wings frequently with the glaze throughout cooking.
  9. Continue cooking until the wings are caramelized, slightly charred around the edges, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  10. Transfer to a serving platter.
  11. Brush with any remaining clean glaze before serving.
