  4. Continue roasting until the wings are browned, crispy, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the wings roast, prepare the sauce.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, and mashed garlic.
  7. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
  8. Remove the wings from the oven and immediately transfer them to the bowl with the sauce.
  9. Toss until evenly coated.
  10. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sour cream, Gorgonzola cheese, and hot pepper sauce in a separate bowl.
  11. Stir until blended while leaving some cheese crumbles for texture.
  12. Transfer the wings to a serving platter.
