2 pounds chicken wings, separated

  7. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and hot pepper sauce until thoroughly combined.
  8. Add the hot wings and toss gently until evenly coated.
  9. Transfer the wings to a serving platter.
  10. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing, chilled celery sticks, and chilled carrot sticks.
