Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes, tips removed

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 bottle Louisiana-style hot sauce

For the Blue Cheese Dip

1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled

⅓ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons milk

For Serving

  8. While the wings finish cooking, prepare the dip.
  9. In a small bowl, combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, and milk.
  10. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  11. Transfer the hot wings to a serving platter.
  12. Serve immediately with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
