  4. Remove the wings from the marinade and drain well.

  6. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the baking sheet with the melted butter.
  8. In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  9. Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  10. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  12. Turn the wings and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
