Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings, separated

½ cup butter

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar

¾ cup water

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the wings once or twice during marinating.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake the wings in the marinade for 1¼ to 1½ hours, turning occasionally to ensure even browning and coating.
  9. Continue baking until the wings are golden brown, caramelized, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  10. Remove the wings from the pan and drain briefly on paper towels before serving.
