Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scramble the eggs until just set.
- Remove from the heat and allow them to cool slightly.
- Combine the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Mix gently until combined.

- Fold the wrapper tightly and seal the edge with water.

- Fry the egg rolls for 3 to 4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
